Första dagen på arbetslösheten...

 Tänkte att jag skulle äta tonfisk efter att jag varit på Zumba idag, så det fick bli den enda tonfiskrätten jag känner till; tonfisknudlar med lök. Känns som att själva meningen med tonfisk (magert, proteinrikt) förloras när man tillagar det med nudlar och gräddfil, men aja. Har ni några tips på bra, proteinrik, vegetarisk (får vara fisk) mat?

Egentligen funderar jag på att ge upp mina tappra försök att äta mat, så jävla pointless känns det. Ska nog hålla mig till vad jag kan; smoothies, yoghurt och frukt, bra för miljön också :D

 Fick brev från min fina brevkompis förra veckan, och en jättesöt pingvin! ♥

 Bestämde mig för att börja samla på Hello Kitty-kinderäggsleksaker igen.

Min tavla är färdig äntligen! Är mycket nöjd med den, it's so awesome, it has like an owl and everything, colours... what more can you ask from a painting?!

Förrsten, hann vara orolig och arbetslös i mindre än en dag, för sen ringde det från jobbet jag var på intervju hos förra veckan, efter en telefonintervju så fick jag veta att jag är välkommen till dem nästa Måndag! Är så glad och lättad över det, skönt att få vet redan nu, då kan jag ta det lite lugnt nu i veckan, se det som semester. 

Ska se till att träna jävligt mycket den här veckan, idag har jag varit på zumba vid lunchtid och sen hade jag en PT-timme på kvällen.

Lugn, tillfreds och lätt lycklig.

Det känns aldrig riktigt rätt att skriva om sitt jobb, hörde om en tjej som jobbade på McDonald's och blev sparkad för att hon snackade skit om kunderna på Facebook. Tycker väl kanske att det var rätt att sparka henne då, men det är svårt att veta vart gränsen går. Mår så jävla dåligt av mitt jobb fast det är nog inte Max fel, jag trivs bara inte. Är rätt glad idag trots att jag måste gå dit om en halvtimme, jobbar sista stängningspasset ikväll, sen har jag tre lätta dagspass i veckan också, finito! Trodde nästan jag skulle få en knäpp och spärras in för att jag mådde så dåligt igår, Seba är i Danmark och allt blir så extra jobbigt när vi inte får prata eller träffas eller något. Jag är verkligen inte någon independent woman, behöver min prins, min riddare i färgglada limited edition sneakers.

Är glad idag också för att jag känner mig nöjd med mig själv också, har inte tränat (idag alltså, blev fyra pass den här veckan och det känner jag mig rätt nöjd med) men läst, druckit kaffe, varit i gallerian, sett folk. Blir glad av det. Har handlat också, var så nöjd med min matkasse för den var väldigt represantativ för mig, och det utan att vara pinsam. Bara massa frukt och lightprodukter, så hade min korg sett ut varje gång om jag var singel och lite mer disciplinerad.

 Hej hej, här är jag idag :)

 Ska fan släntra förbi Bromma Blocks toaletter varje dag tror jag, grym spegel ju! Måste verkligen bli bättre på att handla där känner jag, tänker alltid att jag gör de större inköpen på H&M i stan eller liknande, men det verkar gå lite dåligt för gallerian så jag måste sponsra den, handla lite lokalt liksom. Ett par butiker där har redan fått smälla igen och det är verkligen skittråkigt, vill absolut inte att de ska tvingas stänga ner hela köpcentret, våran lägenhet är mycket mer värd om det ligger där, dessutom är det praktiskt och man slipper handla strumpbyxor på Coop. Nu tycker jag att vi gemensamt tänker lite extra på det här, så snälla gå dit och handla lite om ni bor i Bromma eller Sundbyberg :)

 Hade ingenting hemma att jobba med imorse, ingen yoghurt, ingen soyamjölk, inget bröd, så jag fick äta frukost (och lunch för jag vaknade så sent) på Espresso House. Blev en citron/vallmofrö-muffin. Tycker ni att muffin är mat? Alltså jag får typ för mig att det är det, cupcakes är förstås inte det, och inte chokladmuffins, men när de ser lite sådär brödiga ut? Känns jävligt amerikanskt att äta muffins till frukost, men jag ville inte ta en macka för senast vi var där så sa Sebastian att de var torra. 

Satt på Espresso House rätt länge, drack två koppar svart kaffe och läste mer i min bok, älskar verkligen John Ajvides böcker, har läst alla. Skiter i om det är skräplitteratur, tycker i alla fall att det är fett bra, spännande och roliga och läskiga, svåra att lägga ifrån sig. Precis så ska en bok vara! Inte alltid läskiga kanske, men spännande och beroendeframkallande. Tyckte verkligen att Dan Browns böcker var det förut, men när jag läste den senaste var all magi som bortblåst, hoppas att det är för att jag fått bättre boksmak.

 Köpte kläderna jag provade häromdagen, inte allt men den oranga blusen, gråa kjolen och stickade koftan. Kommer bli så office cute nu, visst? Älskar verkligen koftan, den är så tjock och mysig!

Lite hudvård på Apoteket också, ville prova en ny dagskräm, brukar använda den från Body Shops Aloe Vera-serie annars.

E.f.f.e.k.t.i.v.i.t.e.t.u.m

Hade först tänkt träffa en kompis idag, så jag var tvungen att hetsstäda imorse. Sen visade det sig att hon inte kunde ses, men ändå så himla skönt att ha färdigstädat + färdigtränat innan klockan tolv! Blev en halvtimmes varierad treadmill-träning idag, blandade att springa snabbt och jogga med att powerwalka i lutning, blir lite roligare då, och så vet inte kroppen vad den ska göra med sig själv och bara slänger ifrån sig fett i ren panik! När jag kom hem gjorde jag iordning min favoritsallad; chevré-och valnötssallad med honing, tyvärr hade vi inga rödbetor hemma, men det var gott ändå. Festlade till det med att äta ur våran vackra godisskål.

Har hittat ett ganska bra mellanting mellan att göra något medans jag äter och bara äta: blir inte så tråkigt om jag lyssnar på musik samtidigt och kollar på bildspel (har gjort mitt skrivbordsunderlägg så att det visar en massa fina, inspirerande bilder, skitbra!). Det kanske är lite fuskigt, men aja. Hatar att bara äta, i alla fall ensam.

Dress-hunting and vegetarian buffet

My mission yesterday was to get a dress for the Midsummer celebration on Friday. I had all ready tried the one I wanted on and was excited to get it. Sometimes you just find pieces that are so amazing that you dream about getting them, this dress was one of those pieces:

SO lovely! When I got to Urban Outfitters, I could only find two of them left and they were both a size large, I desperately asked the staff for help but there was no use, all other sizes were sold out :( The same goes for their website, which makes me think that maybe the headquarters have called up all the branches of the world and asked them to throw away any other size because "we say so" >.<

I browsed threw some other stores but eventually ended up at Topshop (of course).

 Loved this dress! I think it would work so well during any season really, you could wear it with tights in the f/w, it would of course work for spring. Might be too warm for summer days but perfect for summer nights! I didn't think it was too suitable for Midsummer, though, which is why I decided not to get it. I might go back later for it, though.

 I thought this was the kind of dress that only would look good on curvier ladies, but I decided to try it anyway. Turns out this kind of dress looks good on everybody! Makes skinny girls look more curvy and feminine, and big girls look less fat. Magical! The fabric was amazingly soft, too. I probably won't get it because I don't know when I would use it, but if I went to parties more often I would definitely get it!

 Didn't like this dress too much, I think the white is too white, and the cut makes my chest look unnecessarily broad. 

 And finally, THIS was the dress I went with! It's a beautiful linen dress with an amazing cut-out detail around the waist. I was a little unsure about the cut-out design at first, I couldn't make up my mind whether it was fun or tacky, but eventually I decided on fun! Do you think I'll be able to rock Midsummer in this number? ^_^

 As soon as I had hunted down my pray I took the bus to Södermalm to meet up with my dad. Södermalm is the name of the southern part of Stockholm inner city, it's where my family lives and where I grew up. I really miss living there, even though I love the place I live now as well. Södermalm just have so many great restaurants, they have these nice little boutiques that you won't find anywhere else, and they got a lot of nice groceries stores that are focused on environmentally sustainability and vegan/vegetarianism.

We went to have lunch at the vegetarian restaurant called "Herman's", great place! I was in luck because Wednesday's are Vegan Day. The restaurant was really beautifully located with an amazing view over the city, right above the water.

 They had vegan desserts as well, I usually don't eat desserts ever in restaurants, but when they had a vegan spread I couldn't resist! I had this delicious nut and toffee pie with custard, my dad chose the raspberry pie. I was sooo stuffed after this! I feel like I'm still stuffed, ha ha ^_^


After lunch we went to Good Store, I wanted to buy some vegetarian pickled "herring" (the fish being substituted by aubergine), but when we got there they had sold out and would get more tomorrow, so my dad told me he'd get it for me and bring it over on Friday *happy*. No Midsummer (or any other Swedish holiday for that matter) without pickled herring!

 At least I got some organic shampoo, I thought it was about time I tried something else than Body Shop's ^_^'''

Got magazines on the way home, I'm using Seb's credit card right now so at first I thought I couldn't get the latest issue of SOLO, but then I noticed the latest issue of Rocky was out as well, JUSTIFIED!

Sunny nights

Tiny, green leaves have began to sprout on my Easter twigs, how lovely?! I really want to start to grow some flowers, I'm just usually so bad at keeping them alive.

Btw, this photo is taken at 8.15 at night, and it's still this light outside! I love Sweden in the Spring/Summer, the sun sets super-late, it really makes you so much happier. Tonight my neighbours are having a barbecue, it really feels like summer is finally here!

Random recent pics

I'm terrible with my updates and I'm sorry about that. It's just I'm so into tumblr right now, it's my fitness blog and right now I'm more focused on getting in shape for summer than evolving my style, I'm really bored with the clothes I have to work with. I promise I'll update with more co-ords and gets when I get back to Sweden in April!

 Every Sunday I buy a Pooh-themed surprise chocolate egg, last Sunday I got a little Pooh-puzzle ^_^

 The cherry blossom has all ready started blooming here, I'm so happy that I get to experience it twice this year!

 My obsession; Starbucks Soy-Chai Latte

 Ha ha, this is a pamphlet I got in the mail the other day, it's an add for weight loss supplements. What's so funny about it is that this is SO the ideal for men/women here, it's funny because it's such a cliché! Would you want your body to look like this? ^_^

 Friday AND Saturday we went to the cutest little ice cream shop "True Bliss", I love the look of this place! Last time I was here it was located far away, so we only went there once, but now they've moved very close to our office, so we can go there all the time :D (dangerous!!)

 I had guilt-free mango/banana fro-yo, delicious!

 We went to say hello to the kittens, who aren't kittens anymore. This one is a little Kitler ^_^ It's the tiniest of all the kittens, but it's kind of sad because her siblings are pushing her away from the food so she doesn't grow properly :(

 We went for a walk and walked by a sleeping cat. I love cats laying down because it looks like someone "poured" cat on the pavement :D

 On Saturday we went to True Bliss again, Seb had a blueberry-smoothie and I had a peanut butter/banana-smoothie ^_^

I love him, even though he has stupid hair ^_^

Friday Gets

 I bought this sheer blouse at Zara, I'm so in love with it, and it feels like this is something that will be very trendy this spring! Now I just have to get a big, slouchy hat to pair with it.

 I bought a small satchel bag at Zara as well, it's real leather but was only 25€! I don't usually use small bags, but sometimes it's handy when you don't want to carry too much stuff with you. I really like the look of this one, it's pretty classic and will go great with the boho chic style I usually dress in during S/S.

 I bought a yellow-ish pearl necklace at Accessorize. I'm terrible at wearing jewelry, but I really like pearls, I think they really can lift an outfit.

 I bought these little "hippie" headbands, from Accessorize as well.

 I bought a cute Hello Kitty-shirt to sleep in from Oysho, now I don't have to steal my boyfriend's shirts anymore ^_^

 I love her sparkly ribbon! ^_^

I bought some underwear sets at Oysho as well, so happy to have matching sets! I really have a hard time finding underwear that I like in Sweden, I usually go to H&M but all their bras seem to have non-negotiable padding, DO NOT WANT! Any suggestions of where to find nice underwear in Stockholm? Don't say Agent Provocateur!

Trip to Limassol (picture heavy)

 We got up quite early, 9-ish, Seb had to go get our rental car, and I had to put make-up on and stuff. Road trip, woop woop! We didn't have any CDs and we didn't enjoy listening to the radio in Greek, so we listened to my iPod in our portable speakers.

My day is going fabulous, thank you!

Hi everybody! I've had the best day today ^_^ We rented a car this morning and drove to Limassol, me, Seb and our friend from work. Even though it's just a 40-minute drive from Paphos, we decided to check in at a hotel over the night. I was a little worried that it wouldn't be too nice of a hotel, so I was happily surprised when it turned out to be a hell of a nice hotel :D I'm almost a little sad we're only staying here one night, I've taken a lot of pictures today so I'll show you tomorrow. We've been shopping today as well, and as you know nothing makes me happier! Carrying those shopping bags makes me feel so rich, ha ha ^_^

Hello there fishies, now swim into my belly ^__^

Sebastian went with our boss to IKEA today to buy some stuff for the office, he also picked up a few presents for me; Licorice fish, strawberry candy laces, custard and smoked salmon! Om nom nom ^_^ I think I'm gonna hold on to the candy until next week and reward myself with them then, there are so many other things to eat this weekend, ha ha ^_^

I'm really happy about the salmon, though. They have salmon at the grocery stores here, but it's really expensive so we never buy it, and that's kind of weird for me since I eat salmon several times a week at home, ha ha.

Friday Foods ♥

 We went out for a walk and a little bite to eat, Seb had a chicken crêpe and I had fruit salad with vanilla ice cream, yum! I eat surprisingly little ice cream for being me now a days, when I lived at home I guzzled down at least one pint of Ben & Jerry's every week, ha ha ^_^

 Later that night we went out for dinner, we went to this lovely restaurant called "Goose fat & Garlic". It's the best restaurant in Paphos and maybe even the best one I've ever been to! I usually just eat chicken or fish, but tonight I felt like being adventurous, so I ordered some pork fillet with creamy mushroom sauce (♥) and gnocchi, it was really delicious!

For dessert I had a green tea tiramisu, and it was oh-so-very delicious, I miss it thinking about it now :( I was curious of how green tea would do in a dessert, but it didn't taste very much green tea at all, it was just very very tasty. I also had a very sweet cocktail of Bailey's, Amaretto and Kahlua. I rarely drink anymore, but this was just a little too good to turn down, tastes like candy!

My Valentine's Day

 For lunch we went to Penguino Cafe and I had a fruit platter, yum! I love pomegranate seeds, but they're so hard to get out of the fruit, it feels really luxurious to have them all ready cut up!

 We finally remembered to feed the kittens ^_^ They were very hungry little kittens, I want to go and feed them everyday!

My Valentine's gift, a lip gloss from Lancôme juicy tubes "tunes", Marshmallow Electric. I love this, it has the perfect light pink colour, I love the sticky texture and I love the wonderful marshmallow taste! I didn't get anything for Seb, there really isn't anything here that I can buy for him :( But I'll make up for it by buying an extra gift for him when we get home!

I baked cupcakes for the office yesterday, very tasty ^_^ I tried adding some yogurt to the batter this time, which made them fluffier and lighter than usually.
