I got this dress in the package from my mom today, it's actually one of the dresses Sebastian got me for Christmas, only it arrived after we had left Sweden.

I'm wearing my new eyeshadow today, but it wouldn't show up in the pictures. Would you say it's better to apply if after or before you apply eyeliner? I'm not used to wearing it, so I have to practice to make it look good! Didn't wear any lashes today, no good reason for it, I'm just lazy I suppose.
