♥ 5 minutes of cross-training as warm-up
♥ 25 minutes of strength exercises, focusing on shoulders and abs
♥ 17 minutes of cross-training
We spend less time at the gym on Tuesdays, and tomorrow it's grocery day. My arms are really sore today, so it will be nice to have a day of rest, but hopefully I'll be able to Just Dance instead (but maybe I won't due to my sore arms).
The cross-training has become a lot easier, I usually do about 15 minutes on it, because I want to do strength exercises as well (that's what burns the fat ;)). It has become a lot easier, and I'm trying to work on a harder level each time!
