When it starts to get colder outside it's nice to have something warm to drink. I like tea but sometimes I feel that it's too watery and can have the opposite effect. Yesterday I remembered that we had some instant miso soup in the pantry, and it was great! It tastes exactly like the one you get at sushi restaurants, and it doesn't fill you up in the same ways that other soups does (I need to save my apatite for dinner!). It even contained seaweed, which expanded when it came in contact with the water.
