Happy Morning

Today I started of my morning with some ParaPara to this video:

I suppose it's pretty basic and simple.
I always try to schedule all my working out in the morning, I find you'll benefit the most from it; it kick-starts your metabolism, you'll get an energy boost and you don't have to worry too much about not getting enough exercise that day.
Not like I would say that I work out hard or anything, but I'm trying to fit 30-60 minutes of exercise into my schedule each day. It's fun to have different things to do, so you don't get bored. I prefer "girly" sports, like swimming, running, powerwalking, dancing, yoga etc. What's important is to find something that you enjoy doing, otherwise it will just feel like a chore.
