I was a regulation cooking mama yesterday, I had my bandana on and a glass of wine in my hand. 'Cause we all no you can't be a good chef without alcohol.
I made oven veggies with halloumi cheese, delicious! They have great halloumi here, if you buy it over the counter. You can get a kilo for like 6€, so awesome! I think I'm gonna try a "local foods diet", and base my meals on veggies, Greek cheese (halloumi and feta), olives/olive oil and sometimes fish or chicken. Cheap and healthy, perfect!
For breakfast this morning I had a banana and a bowl of corn, I drank my slimming down-tea and read a take out-menu. It left me with massive Chinese food-cravings, but when we were about to order they had all ready gone on Siesta (15 minutes too early, rat bastards!). I cried a river and didn't want any food in my rumbling belly :(
But then I changed my mind and we ordered pizza, I was super-hungry so I threw myself over it and over-ate like two pieces :( I still feel bad about it, I'm not even too crazy about pizza >.<
Should I make posts about what I eat throughout the day, or is it totally boring and lame?
